Photograph #1 - The subjects smiling face from the front, close up, with forehead and ears

                           showing.

Photograph #2 & #3 - A view of each side of the face, close up, with forehead and ears

                           showing. *Yes, This is two photographs!

Photograph #4 - A full body photograph; standing, frontal view only (fully clothed, please!).

Photograph #5 – Both of the hands facing the camera, fingers extended and lightly

                           touching, thumb against the hand. Think of the movie industry rendition of

                           the American Indian saying, “How”… with both hands! And please do not

                           smile in this photograph.

Note: While the five photographs are ideal, I can provide a great deal of useful information using whatever photographs you provide. Please format emailed photographs to a “useful” size (5 X 7 is great).

Also Note: If you will provide the subject's birth date; month, day and year, I can provide you with even more information about that person.
