We all need to find the proteins that do well with our bodies and we are all different. That’s why we use lists for muscle-testing.
In general I’ve found over the last couple of decades that most blood type O people need to eat meat or they have no energy, their hair falls out and they bruise—they do not make healthy vegetarians (no matter what they think—at least I’ve never seen one).
Blood Type A and B people do well on fish. A few Blood Type A people need lots of protein but most do well as vegetarians on a Mediterranean type of diet. Blood Type AB people can usually handle a few more servings of dairy than most of the other blood types. That’s on a different list.
No one does well on too many refined carbohydrates or junk food or eating at Fast Food Restaurants (or eating out more than a couple times each month for that matter—restaurants just use too many oils and fats to flavor the food with). Blood type B people do not do well at all with chicken, corn and buckwheat.
