List of Bagua Exercises, DVD’s and CD’s

What is Bagua? Bāguàzhǎng is a Chinese martial art of the Wudang school. The other two schools are Taijiquan and Xingyiquan. Bagua zhang means “eight trigram palm” referring to the trigrams of the I Ching. It is probably a combination of Taoist and Buddhist teachings dating back to the 19th century.

Bagua involves the practice of walking circles, usually facing the body towards the center of the circle while holding your posture in specific stances. The goal to the exercises is to become flexible, learn body alignment and balance. As the moves become more complex body internal power mechanics are influenced.
