Privacy Policy: (Updated 5/25/18) These changes reflect the increased transparency requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (known as GDPR). It is our policy to keep your information confidential. We will never sell or distribute any information about you without your permission. You can be confident that when you enter any information on our site, it will only be used for our internal purposes. Any testimonials placed on the website will be totally anonymous unless you wish otherwise.

In recognition of the GDPR guidelines: I want to give you the best possible experience to ensure that you enjoy the newsletter and my consulting services. My goal to be as open and transparent as possible about the personal data collected and how it is to be used. Your personal information is not shared with anyone.

You’re receiving the Natural Health Techniques Newsletter because you have subscribed to our email list. We never purchase mailing lists. Originally every person has joined our list by either requesting it or entering their name and email directly to the system.

If you wish to stop receiving emails from us, go to the link on the bottom of the newsletter and use the unsubscribe button.

Costs, Returns Policy and Cancellations:

For current prices go to the Appointment Request form.

Supplements and shipping costs are extra.

If you live outside of Idaho, there is no tax–you will have to take care of that yourself.

Payment is due, in full, at the time services are rendered. We take Visa/MasterCard and Discover card.

If you choose not to honor your appointment and do not give us at least 24 hours cancellation notice, you will be responsible for paying the full price of the consult.  I only do four appointments a day and any “No Shows” only prevent someone else from being helped. Also, because you are a top priority in my life, I center my entire day around my appointment book (you). I value your time and I expect you to value mine.

If you choose not to honor more than two appointments and do not give us 24 hour cancellation notice, you are not welcome back. Our practice is not in alignment with that kind of thinking and it is not beneficial to either party. No hard feelings, but we believe our clients need to take their health seriously and part of that thinking is to put yourself as a priority and value our time.

Returns are rare but in the event that this must happen, you may return any unopened bottles or permanently sealed products in their original resalable condition within two weeks for a full refund minus shipping. We are sorry, but we cannot accept the return of opened products for safety concerns. And just a note on this: If you are allergic to something or won’t take products that have animal body parts or extracts in them please read the labels before you open the containers. My Guides don’t care what your beliefs are. If your body vibes with the product and that’s what it takes to heal you, then that’s what comes off the shelf and goes into your box of goodies. A body’s need for a component will override and allergy to it. We just need to work together on this area.

Phone Calls and After-Hours/Weekend Appointments:

I don’t answer the phone while I am with another client so getting to talk to me via the phone is a challenge, but you may email me anytime at [email protected] (most times that is easier and faster).

There is a limit to the free consultation time/client I can allot in my practice—and I do answer lots of questions at no charge when that is appropriate. I will let you know if I feel an appointment is the best way to handle your questions.  Keeping a balance in my life and protecting my boundaries are a personal challenge for me at times. I want to help everyone, but I need to spend time helping those people who take my suggestions and use them with sincerity. Like everyone else, I only have so much time and I need to use it effectively. If I’m cranky with you (aren’t we all human at times) it just means that I want to help but feel that I can’t and I’m frustrated.

I no longer do appointments after hours or on weekends. I put my time in doing this for many many years and it really burns a person out. I’d rather be happy and alert for every consult. It’s a better way to be for me and my life works smoothly this way.

Spam Policy:

We do not send out unsolicited email. It is our policy to send email only to people that have signed up for our newsletter or to those who have emailed us having requested information.

If you are receiving email announcements or newsletters from us in error or would like to be taken off of our mailing list please e-mail us and let us know. Include the name of the account and any email addresses that you think you may be listed under. We will research the request ASAP and remove your name. If you are getting a newsletter by mistake please remove your name with the link on the bottom of the newsletter.
