By choosing AIDS Jon might adopt the beliefs of those around him and conclude that he is in fact not worthy of unconditional love. The soul repeats these lessons until it is healed. The soul seeks to balance the light with the dark sides so that it may experience all aspects of a lesson which is why Jon did not choose an opulent life filled with unconditional love as a way of learning the lesson of worthiness.

Boo was using the bathmat in front of the litter box to urinate on. The owner was, of course, frustrated and sought out Lydia to find out why this was happening. Boo said, “The bathmat is new and I don’t like the odor of the rubber backing.” Boo continued, “I like my new uncovered litter box. I liked my old litter better, though. The new scented litter gives me a headache.”

Better Off—Flipping the Switch

They learned how to till fields with horse-driven equipment and hand-threshed the wheat they produced. They also built barns and houses without power tools while they were there. They heated their house with wood, learned how to can foods, store meat in an ice room by harvesting the ice from a local pond, used a wringer washer, grew crops (pumpkins and sorghum), and sold what they grew to subsist with minimal technology within a community of loving people who barter for services.

Isn’t it best to stay away from fats? It takes fat to burn fat sometimes. And we normally get too many saturated fats in our diets. So, the fats in nuts, olives and oils help dissolve the harder fats and make our cell walls more supple. This helps us because we can move more freely and it also helps us get rid of pain caused from hard fat build-up.
