A widow who led a troubled life, lonely, in debt, unhappy in her work and dissatisfied with life in general had many friends praying for her. They prayed for her freedom from all her problems, but she neutralized all their prayers by whining and moaning all the time on how harsh life was treating her. Her friends gave her love, but she was not applying wisdom. Attitudes must change before situations change.

I forgive everything and everybody who can possibly need forgiveness in my past and present. I forgive positively everyone. I am free, and all others are free, too. All things are cleared up between us, now and forever. There is no competition in Christ, and there is no competition between us. The forgiving love of Jesus Christ forgives and releases any ill feeling between us, now and forever. We both go free to prosper.
