Other:
Most often walking or yoga is good for people. Weights are great for Blood Type O people, but this is a complete list to explore when you get bored of doing the same thing all the time. I’ve noticed when I test how many minutes of exercise and how many times a week that is supposed to be performed that it goes in cycles. When the body is regrouping for a detox, the client will end up needing less exercise.
