Headaches-Strange Causes

One strange cause of headaches: Headaches such as these usually come on 2-3 days before the disaster (depending on how severe it will be) and leave after the event happens. When earth changes happen, I feel irritable, weepy, dizzy (for earthquakes that happen around the world larger than 5 on the Richter scale) and sometimes I can’t sleep for a night or two before the disaster happens.

Headaches and Migraines

For headaches and migraines, detection of food allergies depends on whether your body is allergic, intolerant and what time it was eaten. Some symptoms can show up within minutes, other symptoms within 36 hours. Muscle-testing will pick up those foods that are a problem for you lately, but not always from way back in the past. I can muscle-test out an approximate time period when the headache will come on after you eat a specific food. This often seems quite helpful for my headache-suffering clients.

Hay Fever and Nettles

Hay fever and nettles herb; a simple treatment for hay fever, nettles, also known as a “pot herb,” was one of the first herbs that the early settlers gathered and cooked in the spring. Nettle leaf contains huge amounts of very absorbable vitamins and minerals, especially calcium, which stabilizes cellular membranes so that histamines are not as easily released from the cells. Histamines are the culprit that causes the itchiness.

Gout

Ninety percent of gout cases occur in overweight men over the age of 35. Gout, often called “rich man’s disease”, usually runs in the family. It may also be associated with improper digestion, toxic bowels, kidney stones, athlerosclerosis, overeating of rich and fatty foods, drinking too much alcohol, crash diets, stress, certain medications (blood pressure, chemotherapy and antibiotics), yeast infections, surgery or injury to the joints.

Gingivitis, Periodontitis, Pyorrhea and White Oak Bark

As I tell my clients about White Oak Bark powder for Gingivitis, ”You know those TV commercials advertising Copenhagen chew? Just a little between the teeth and gums.” Apply the powder to the infected areas; rinse your tongue off of all the extra powder, then sleep with it on your gum line. I have one of those hand-held sprayers used to rinse the dishes that most people have at the kitchen sink. I just put my head over the sink, stick out my tongue and hose it off. The next morning, spit and rinse. Repeat nightly for 30 days. It doesn’t taste that bad, and works GREAT.

Gallbladder Tips and Tricks

Eat your bitters first to help your gallbladder. In France, as my grandmother taught me as a child (she was 100% French,) you are always served your bitter foods first (like endive in salad which I hated as a child.) That is because bitter tastes stimulate the gall bladder to release bile, which is necessary to digest the fat within the main course foods. I’ve noticed that this is beneficial to all blood types, but most especially Blood Type A and people over the age of 40.
