The Kidney Flush Technique
I had a client one time that was about 40 pounds overweight. She resisted eating the raw fruits and vegetables as a means of getting back at her parents. She was about 30 years old at the time, but old memories just don’t fade that easily.
I suggested she just try this technique below. It was the only thing she changed in her life that week. At the end of the week, she had lost 8 pounds!
Here it is, the Kidney Flush Technique:
The Kidney Flush: Every day have someone push your belly button in 1-2 inches for five whole minutes. This back flushes the kidneys and gets rid of excess water weight.
Some people find ways to do this themselves by using a piece of broom handle or a candle end. It works, too.
Pretty easy, huh?
To accelerate the fluid loss, eat lots of raw parsley and/or watermelon for a few days and drink distilled water. Grapefruit is also a good choice, especially if you have High Blood Pressure.
