Lo-Cal Ranch Dressing
Ingredients for Ranch Dressing:

- 1 Teaspoon Dried Parsley
- 1 1/2 Tea Dried Dill Weed
- ½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Onion Powder or 1 Tbls Chopped Dried Onion
- 1/8 Teaspoon Black Pepper or Dash Hot Sauce
- ½ Cup Best Foods Light Mayo or Vegan Mayo
- ½ Cup Non-Fat Yogurt, Plain
- ¼ to ½ cup Water to make the consistency you wish
- Optional: ¼ to ½ Cup Feta or Blue or Roquefort Cheese (adds extra calories of course)
Add dry ingredients to your bowl. Mix in Mayo and Yogurt and then add ¼ cup water at a time until it reaches the consistence you prefer. It’s much smoother if you blend it in a food processor or even in a NutriBullet. Store in refrigerator.
Makes 1 ½ cups (24 Tablespoons of Ranch Dressing)
