Low-Fat Carrot-Cranberry-Raisin Salad

  • 4 cups grated Organic Carrots
  • ¾ cup dried Cranberries
  • ¾ cup Raisins
  • Juice of 1-2 Oranges

Mix all ingredients together and serve. This recipe is healthy and great for providing extra Vitamin A, which is necessary for a healthy immune system and great vision. Stores in refrigerator up to one week.
