Question: Friday we picked up a female German Shepard. Dixie is 7 weeks old and doing great. She appears to have been the runt, but she has a great personality. Can you tell me why she eats her own poop? I know that the mothers do. I just don’t remember having a puppy do it. She is a little boney, but we have filled the empty hole and are now getting onto a regular feeding schedule. Also, can you tell me about some of the basics for puppies? Thanks. Cara

We are dealing with lots of colds/flu/sinus congestion this month. THIS YEAR what seems to be working is Vitamin C (lots of it in the form of citrus fruit), Vitamin A (in the form of orange fruits and vegetables. The herbs—Parsley, Sage Rosemary and Thyme are medicinal herbs that also kill off viruses and bacteria. And Bacterial System Immune Stimulator drops. Most of the colds appear to be mostly bacterial in origin and having to do with some kind of Streptococcus.

Find out what really pleases your mate and commit to do at least three of these things on their list of 10-15 items each day to build up that emotional bank account. Why? Because someday you will inadvertently make a withdrawal on that bank account and you don’t want to be overdrawn! I guide my clients to download my relationships exercise https://www.naturalhealthtechniques.com/Coaching%20Corner/relationships1.htm and make one copy for each person in the family unit. Post your completed lists on the refrigerator. It helps to keep you focused. It’s not what makes US happy we should be doing for our partners. It’s what makes THEM happy. And don’t be pushing buttons when you know what severely displeases your partner. That is not playing fair.
