Acid Reflux?
Most all of my clients have resolved this with eating for your blood type. It is a dietary issue. I recommend the book Eat Right 4 Your Type by Peter D’Adamo.
Do you wear tampons?
(I posted this from an email I received.) HERE IS THE SCOOP:
Tampons contain two things that are potentially harmful: Rayon (for absorbency), and dioxin (a chemical used in bleaching the products.) The tampon industry is convinced that we, as women, need bleached, white products in order to view the product as pure and clean. The problem here is that the dioxin which is produced in this bleaching process, can lead to very harmful problems for a woman.
Dioxin is potentially carcinogenic (cancer-associated) and is toxic to the immune and reproductive systems. It has also been linked to endometriosis and lower sperm counts for men.
For both sexes, it breaks down the immune system. The Environmental Protection Agency EPA (reported that there really is no acceptable” level of exposure to dioxin given that it is cumulative and slow to disintegrate. The real danger comes from repeated contact: https://www.natracare.com/blog/pulling-the-plug-on-the-period-protection-industry/
I’d say using about 4-5 tampons a day, five days a month, for 38 years is “repeated contact”, wouldn’t you?
Rayon contributes to the danger of tampons and dioxin because it is a highly absorbent substance. Therefore, when fibers from the tampons are left behind in the vagina as usually occurs), it creates a breeding ground for the dioxin. It also stays in a lot longer that it would with just cotton tampons. This is also the reason why TSS (toxic shock syndrome) occurs.
No wonder so many women in the world suffer from cervical cancer and uterine tumors. Did you also know that some tampon makers include asbestos in tampons? Why would they do this? Because asbestos makes you bleed more, if you bleed more, you’re going to need to use more. why isn’t this against the law since asbestos is so dangerous?
(Dr. Moffat’s note: This may be an urban legend. You check it out and decide. I do know that tampons do cause microdamage of vaginal tissues which can open the body up to infection. I know I have personally reacted even to bleached pads by the end of my cycle. I believe women are allergic to the bleach. I have personally used homeopathics to help me process these toxins from my system each month. I have also used water filters on my shower when we lived in the city that takes out chlorine.)
Check the label of the sanitary pads or tampons that you use or are going to buy the next time for the list of ingredients, and read on. The powers that be, in all their wisdom, do not consider tampons as being ingested, and, therefore, don’t consider them illegal or dangerous.
WHAT ARE THE ALTERNATIVES?
Use feminine hygiene products that aren’t bleached and that are all-cotton. Other feminine hygiene products pads/napkins) contain dioxin as well, but they are not nearly as dangerous. So, what can you do if you can’t give up using tampons? Use tampons that are made from 100% UNBLEACHED COTTON. Unfortunately, there are very few companies that make these safe tampons.
You can get them in Oz – they are called “Cottons”). They are usually only found in health food stores. Countries all over the world (Sweden, Germany, British Columbia, etc.) have demanded a switch to this safer tampon, while the U.S. has decided to keep us in the dark about it. In 1989, activists in England mounted a campaign against chlorine bleaching. Six weeks and 50,000 letters later, the makers of sanitary products switched to oxygen (one of the green methods available).
Essence magazine had a small article about this and they mention two manufacturers of a cotton tampon alternative. The companies are:

WHAT TO DO NOW:
Tell people. Everyone. Inform them. We are being manipulated by this industry and the government; let’s do something about it! Please write to or call the companies:
All the 800 numbers are listed on the boxes. Let them know that we demand a safe product: ALL COTTON UNBLEACHED TAMPONS…Dr.
Affirmation for Perfect Vision:
This is from The 100 Top Psychics in America, page 263: What was your first paranormal experience? It occurred when I was twelve. I had undergone surgery on my eyes a few years before, and I was wearing gasses, which were blue and white checked and very ugly. An angel came to me and gave me a statement to repeat once daily for a year.
“I see through the eyes of God, for God is within me, and we are one. God’s vision is perfect, and my vision is perfect. And for this, I give thanks today.“
So, do you think you can modify that for blood pressure? I believe it will work for you. Whatever is causing your high blood pressure is in your thinking and the way you are seeing yourself. It’s time to let it go now and relax the blood vessels and allow the kidneys to filter perfectly and your nervous system to work in perfect synch for perfect health.
Turmeric and Cystic Fibrosis
Turmeric can turn off the cystic fibrosis gene when taken in the preconception and first trimester of pregnancy.
An Easily Digested Milk:
A new breed of cow, the Friesian, produces a better-assimilated milk for humans. It is called Alpha 2 milk. https://grow.cals.wisc.edu/deprecated/five-things/five-things-everyone-should-know-about-a2-milk
Use Gymnema (and herb) to support the pancreas.
It is a sugar-buster herb making the excess sugar unavailable to the body (kind of like what Chitosan does for fat). Gymnema also repairs damaged beta cells and works to overcome insulin resistance.
Diabetic Study with Gymnema: There was a two-year study done on Type 1 diabetics who were on an average of 55-60 units of insulin per day. After two years, those patients taking Gymnema cut their insulin needs by half. Also, they had positive results in decreasing their c-peptides, triglycerides, and glycolated hemoglobin levels. Recommended dose: Medi-herb 4/day. Note: It only takes 7-10 days for those sugar cravings to go away on that dose. Read More: https://naturalhealthtechniques.com/gymnema-for-blood-sugar/
