Arthritis

In general for arthritis, cats don’t do well on MSM, dogs do well on Glucosamine, and humans usually need a combination of 2-4 products for several months at a time. Now, there are some supplements I find that don’t work–like chondroitin, for the general population. And sometimes we need to treat other organs to help the calcium process better. Now, for the hair loss. I test that 70% of your hair loss is dietary, but only 30% is due to the fats that you are ingesting. Stress causes the hormones to be all whacked out, so you can loose hair because of that. Adrenaline in your body constricts the blood flow to the hair follicles (therefore lower amounts of nutrition are available to feed the developing hair). One exercise you can do often during the day is to say, “Scalp relax” and then note the amount of tension you are holding in your scalp.

My Favorite Treatments:

My favorite treatments. Acid Reflux: This one is most always easy. Most all of my clients have resolved this with eating for your blood type. It is a dietary issue. I recommend the book Eat Right 4 Your Type by Peter D’Adamo. Helpful supplements include Betaine HCl, Papaya Enzymes, Zypan, Multizyme, not drinking large amounts of fluids with the meal, increasing raw fruits and vegetables, and some aspects of food combining.
