This is the basic Raindrop Technique, although there are several variations out there on the internet. Everybody is different, and what works for one may not work for another. Different body types respond to the applications in ways not expected. Learn to be sensitive to the person to whom you are working so that you can respond to his or her needs.

Make a commitment: Do at least one of your top 5 items at least 15 minutes/day for one month. Work up to 30 minutes/day the second month. Do 45 minutes/day for the third month, and then reevaluate how you are feeling.

How would you feel if you decided not to vaccinate your child and he/she came down with polio? I have several clients with Post Polio Syndrome, and let me tell you, their life is constant and unending pain. Granted, you may have a bank account large enough to overcome a case of Parvo in your puppy (if it survives,) but is it worth it for the puppy to have to go through that? Or Feline Leukemia in your cat? Vaccines are cheap and effective insurance for these deadly and debilitating diseases. Now let me give you some other options.

I use this list to muscle test information about past lives. For example, I’d ask, “In the lifetime before this one where did you live?” By asking yes and no questions along that line we can figure out how long you lived, when you died, what you died of, if you were a blue or white collar worker, a woman or man, if you had children and more. It’s tedious so it’s not included in a first consult as a general rule but if a health problem is a carryover from a past life then we need to figure it out so the person can move on with their healing. Many people believe what the labels say. If it says Oat bread they think there is no wheat in it. Wrong. Please read the labels to make sure your breads and muffins are gluten free. Even Ezekiel bread has gluten in it these days to increase the protein content enough so the yeast will rise.

We all need to find the proteins that do well with our bodies and we are all different. That’s why we use lists for muscle-testing. In general I’ve found over the last couple of decades that most blood type O people need to eat meat or they have no energy, their hair falls out and they bruise—they do not make healthy vegetarians (no matter what they think—at least I’ve never seen one).
